The American Social Revolution is now ten years old, but the socialist government’s promises of equality, justice and fairness for all have drifted away. Racism and sexism has returned to New York: the streets and the workplace are now unsafe for women.
Underground radio commentators, Isabel from Radio Ragazza and Honey from Phoenix Radio are broadcasting feminist criticism and disenchantment with the government, but disagree about joining up with the newly founded Women’s Army led by the militant Hilary Hurst.
But Radio Ragazza, Phoenix Radio and The Women’s Army are now under secret investigation by the FBI, and when the radical activist Adelaide Norris comes to New York she is arrested and then suspiciously dies in custody.......
Organised by: Zhoosh's very own Dr Boodle for LGBT History month.
